Heating system:
Using steam direct heating method, the heating speed is fast, and the standby time is reduced; when the specified temperature is reached, the constant temperature state is automatically switched, the temperature is accurately controlled, and the power consumption is low; the pure titanium heating tube is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion and has a long service life.
The integral molding is welded at high temperature, corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and no leakage. Tower spray system, equipped with salt liquid filtration system, no crystallization nozzle, even salt spray distribution, and free adjustment of settlement.
The lid of the box is made of transparent material to clearly see the test items and spray conditions in the box.
A water-tight structure is adopted between the box cover and the box body, and there is no salt spray overflow.
The circuit control board and other vital parts are fixed in a position that is convenient for inspection and maintenance. The side door is opened with a door lock, which is not only beautiful, but also convenient for maintenance.
